Community Engagement
All the community engagement I do is grounded in my belief that the best way to create a strong community is unintentionally - it just happens as a natural result of participation in local events. Because North Adams is my home, I do my part to show my gratitude to all of Berkshire County for welcoming me and making it feel like home too
I am the Program Coordinator and co-Literary Team Leader for Common Folk Artist Collective and I do freelance work for Seeing Rainbows. I'm also on the committee that oversees First Fridays, a grassroots initiative to get folks out and about and engaged with downtown North Adams

You can get more involved in your community too! Visit your local farmer's market, attend town festivals or parades, patronize your local small businesses, even just walk around your neighborhood!
